The scent of green branches, the textures of flowers, a table filled with materials and that speacial feeling of creating something with your own hands.

I like to think that you will leave Masia Escrigas with much more than a Christmas wreath: wih a piece made by you that, every time you look at it, will remind you of this unhurried moment, enjoying the simple things.

Because, for me, Christmas is also about this: slowing everything down a little.“

This Christmas, Masia Escrigas and El Patio de la Abuela are joining forces to create a very special experience: a Christmas wreath-making workshop where flowers, natural textures and creativity will take centre stage. 

A warm and welcoming rural setting where, for a vew hours, we will gather around a large table filled with greenery, flowers and natural materials. A moment to switch off and let yourself be inspired by the essence of Christmas in the countryside.

An experience designed to enjoy with friends, family, or simply to give yourself some time for you. 

Guided by El Patio de la Abuela, we will discover how to combine different materials, colours and textures to create a wreath with its own unique personality.

No previous experience is required.

 

And after the workshop… we eat together

Because at Masia Escrigas, we love beautiful moments to end around a table. After the workshop, we will share a “Farm to Table” style lunch, inspired by the Candyliving philosophy. 

A crefully set table, dishes to share and wholesome, locally inspired cuisine made with seasonal produce, ingredients from our farm and small local producers. 

Taking things slowly, surrounded by nature and with that rustic, beautiful and welcoming atmosphere that we love so much at Masia Escrigas.

This Christmas, come to Masia Escrigas and let your creativity flow. with out Christmas Card Workshop: Watercolours, led by Tinta Il·lustrada. An experience designed to enjoy the magic of Christmas in the countryside, taking things slowly, surrounded by nature and sharing a creative and special moment.

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of this technique. With brushes and a Christmas colour palette, we will discover hot to play with water and pigment, create transparencies and gradients, and paint our own handmade Christmas cards.

Unique cards, made by you, to send Christmas wishes in a much more personal way.

We will put everything we have learned into prectice by painting a Christmas wreath in watercolours. We will start from a prepared ilustration so that you can focus on painting and give it your own style, combining colours, intensities and small details.

And after the workshop… we eat together

Lettering Workshop: Plan Your New Year

“A personal project to start the year by giving shape to your intentions and little dreams.“

A moment to slow down, pick up a marker and start putting words, intentions and little dreams onto paper.

In this lettering workshop at Masia Escrigas, we will discover, step by step, by la Somniadora, the art of drawing beautiful letters and learn the basic techniques to start creating our own compositions.

No previous experience is required.

During the morning…

We will discover the materials, learn how to use the marker correctly and practise strokes, pressure, rhythm and movement.

Decorative elements: little details, flourishes and small drawings.

Between workshops… we eat together

Because at Masia Escrigas, we love beautiful moments to happen around a table. We will share a “Farm to Table” style lunch, inspired by the Candyliving philosophy.

…and in the afternoon…

We will design our won monthly planner, thinking not only about the days ahead, but also about the things we would like to happen.

A phrase. An intention. A little dream.

We will create the calendar, work on the composition and add lettering, titles, colours and details until we turn it into a truly personal piece. 

You will leave Masia Escrigas with your finished planner and, perhaps, with a clearer idea of all those beautifull things you want to be part of your year.
