PAYMENT
THE BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED ONCE THE PREPAYMENT IS DONE.
The booking can be done online directly through our website www.masiaescrigas.com or we can send you the link through email.
THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATES.
(If you book online you can add the tourist tax in the “extras” field).
THE REST OF THE PAYMENT
The amount left has to be paid cash upon arrival or bank transfer one week prior to arrival.
ALL GUESTS OVER TWO YEARS OLD HAVE TO PAY FOR USE OF FACILITIES.
THE PRICE INCLUDES THE NUMBER OF GUESTS STAYING IN THE HOUSE. In case of any visitors coming to spend the day during your stay have to be informed and requested.
OBSERVATIONS
RENTAL CONDITIONS CONTRACT
Upon arrival the house rental contract will have to be signed. The contract will be sent before arrival so you can read it.
DEPOSIT
A credit card will be needed upon arrival to block the deposit. The deposit will be unblocked as soon as we have checked there is no damages in the house and its facilities. It will be returned maximum five days after check-out.
EVENT RENTAL CONDITIONS
The conditions vary according to the type of celebration and number of guests. A contract within both parties will need to be signed before the booking is confirmed.
EN CASE OF CANCELATION
THE PREPAYMENT RECEIVED TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING WILL NOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
