Barbecues in our country are a ritual. Whole calves can be baked on our barbecue.

If you are looking for a different meeting or celebration, we can arrange a roast in the authentic style of “gaucho” with organic meat from our farm.

Apart from the delicacy of our meat you can enjoy the “show-cooking”, which is to see the barbecue to work with our Gauchos friends for about 5 hours of cooking, a whole show!
