Masia Escrigas offers spaces designed to disconnect between meetings and encourage teamwork. The estate features a multi-sport court (tennis, volleyball, football, and basketball) ideal for dynamic activities during the stay. An active and natural way to strengthen bonds in a unique setting.
Nomads
A total disconnection activity carried out in the forest, with no form of connection. We create two teams. After a series of challenges, both teams come together and must ultimately build a shared shelter.
Wellbeing Nurticional
A boost of energy for your team! A super practical and relaxed team building workshop with a registered dietitian. You will learn in a simple and fun way how to manage stress, improve concentration, and eat healthily. Key ideas to leave the masia with maximum vitality!
Cocktails
A workshop designed for companies where we recreate a cocktail-making competition. In this activity, we will divide participants into groups who must work together to create their own cocktail within a set time limit and with added challenges.
Truffle foraging experience
We will begin the activity by watching how dogs work searching for fresh truffles. Afterwards, we will enjoy a tasting. Around the table, Clara and her passion for truffles will take you on a sensory journey. While you taste the different products, she will share the secrets of this highly prized fungus.
Territory human tower
A team-building experience that combines culture, gastronomy, and teamwork through a castells workshop. Participants will learn that every role is essential to maintain the structure and, at the end, all members will come together to enjoy a traditional vermouth tasting with artisanal products and cava to celebrate the completed ‘pinya’ (base).
Paella competition
Divided into teams and identified with different apron colors, each group will have to create their own paella to compete in a final contest full of creativity and good atmosphere. The paellas will become the star dish of the meal, accompanied by other options to enjoy together an authentic, fun, and very Mediterranean experience.
The Feast
A festival of Catalan flavours where we set a table of local and artisanal products for corporate events. In this experience, participants will enjoy a brunch or tasting based on cured meats, cheeses, and coca de recapte, finishing with a shared sweet table where they will enjoy carquinyolis and catànies together.
Brushstrokes between glasses
A table art experience where creativity is combined with a tasting of 3 Catalan wines. In this activity, each participant receives a canvas with a sketch prepared by a local artist and must paint it in their own style, while pairing the colours of the artwork with specially selected wines to encourage fun and group connection.
Floral art
A creative workshop designed to disconnect from screens, reduce stress, and share a different moment as a team. Through floral compositions and handcrafted techniques, each participant will be able to let creativity flow while strengthening the connection with the group and the environment. A delicate, inspiring, and memorable experience.
Secrets of Catalan liquid gold
A sensory tasting of premium Catalan olive oils to discover the world of extra virgin olive oil. In this experience, participants will learn to differentiate the qualities of olive oil through smell and taste, and finally pair it with traditional products such as cheeses, chocolates, or artisanal bread that elevate EVOO on the plate.
Laughter therapy
A wellbeing and cohesion experience where laughter is used as a tool to release tension and generate optimism. In this workshop, participants will take part in game-based dynamics and body expression activities to break down barriers and, finally, the whole group will come together in a shared collective laughter that strengthens emotional bonds and the sense of belonging within the team.
Wine tasting
A sensory journey through the Designations of Origin of Catalonia to discover the essence of each grape variety. In this activity, participants will take part in a guided tasting of selected wines where they will learn to identify nuances and aromas, and finally share their impressions and enjoy a collective pairing experience.
