The daily schedule is from 7 am – 9 pm. In addition to seated meditation, we will also be practicing Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga, ecstatic dance, contemplative hiking and offer an art project and mindfulness lectures to help you reflect on things that might be arising for you.
Silent Yoga Retreat
Join us to a transformational experience
We invite you to come and spend 4 days in silence of Mouna (voluntary silence). Join us as we journey within, without any distractions. This will be a transformational experience for all who attend.
Vegan meals will be prepared by Heather & Lezanne, according to Sattvic principles, which aids meditation and digestion. If available, with organic produce from our orchard.

There is a pool and river where you can enjoy during your free time. Please note that as this is a silent retreat, there will be no phones, books or music allowed.
